Information

Juan (Alberto Ammann), a rookie prison guard, is knocked unconscious in a freak accident his first day on the job. He is brought into an empty cell to
recover only to wake up to find a vengeful uprising underway—if he's identified as a guard, he's dead meat. To survive, Juan must pose as a prisoner and
conspire with the riot's leader, the deeply violent Malamadre (Luis Tosar, The Limits of Control).

As the violence escalates and political fallout mounts, Juan must use all his cunning to stay alive in this fast paced action thriller.

Critical Acclaim

“Highly recommended and definitely worthy of all the awards that it won already in its home country!”
-Cult Reviews

“It's the kind of gutsy, physical performance that wins Academy Awards for Daniel Day-Lewis, but Ammann is just as impressive as a man who must suddenly test his limits and values”
-John Hartl, Seattle Times
